Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

Once processed, delivery time depends on your destination. As a guide:

• United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
• Europe, Asia & Oceania: 8–16 business days
• Latin America (incl. Mexico, Brazil, Argentina): 12–25 business days
• Rest of the world: up to 30 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping cost depends on your destination and is calculated automatically at checkout. Many destinations — including the United States — ship free; a shipping fee applies for a small number of destinations where carrier costs are higher.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
